Are your products suitable for vegans?
All our candles and wax melts are made with 100% rapeseed natural wax with high grade fragrance oils. We don’t test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free. Our cotton wicks are lead and zinc free.
Are your candles made with essential or fragrances oils?
All our candles are made from highly scented fragrance oils that are suitable for vegans, not tested on animals, and are paraben, petroleum, and sulphate free.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Sadly, we don’t offer free sample before placing an order. You can buy one wax melt for £1 each plus delivery charge for UK customers only. We also include free sample of a wax melt with each order, to give you a flavour to try other scents we offer. Please let us know if there’s a scent you didn’t order but would like to try.
What if I don't like the scent?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges and
refunds within 14 days of purchase. As we are a small business, postage
costs will not be covered by Candles Bloom. For further information

Do you offer returns or refunds?
Does your wax come from a sustainable source?
Our natural wax is free from palm, soy, beeswax, paraffin, polymers, GMO material. Our wax made from rapeseed from the UK and Europe, and we are not using any product which contributes to deforestation; therefore, we have made the decision to progress by using eco-friendly wax.
Where are your candles made?
We make every single candle and wax melts by hand in our studio in Birmingham-UK. The whole process is done in-house.
Are you CLP compliant?
Yes, complying to CLP regulation is extremely important to us to ensure you and your loved one’s safety. All candles will have a CLP label attached.
What happens if you receive a damage item?

How much is delivery to the UK?
Free Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £25.00. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £25 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.
How will I know when my parcel will deliver?
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days. If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate, and this may cause extra shipping charges.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We mainly use Royal Mail for most of our parcel deliveries.
Do you offer international deliveries?
We can offer deliveries to most countries so please contact us by email at info@candlesbloom.com for a quote, before you place an order.
Due to the complexity of customs authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. Candles Bloom accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes, or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel. Neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.

Can we bulk buy candles for a corporate event?
We are always happy to discuss bulk orders for corporate events or gifts. Please email us at info@candlesbloom.com with an overview of what you had in mind, and we will get back to you with a detailed quote. Please note we are unable to offer personalised branding on our products.
Can I buy candles and have them branded with my own labels?
At this stage we are unable to offer own brand or white label candles.
