We hope you are happy with your purchases from Candles Bloom, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Candles Bloom Refund Policy are fully met.
Your product will be replaced with the same item you purchased. To claim a replacement product for a damaged product please supply proof of purchase and images or videos of the damaged product with your request. Notification of damaged products shall be supplied to Candles Bloom within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Returning Items
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, as we would love to sell the product again. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty). If your return was purchased as part of a bundle or a free gift was offered, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned to us. We cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our following address:

Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and or used. Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sale Items are not refunded. Please carefully read the product, packing and shipping descriptions before purchasing an item to ensure you are entirely happy with the terms of supply. Refunds are not permitted for change in mind.
